I have received a couple of those that has been previously mentioned in the comments as well. Deleted asap. I've been receiving more and more of these spam/inheritance etc. e-mails lately (not only from here but in general).

The marthakebe001@yahoo.com person has apparently been trolling internet dating boards to try to hook a victim for the basic 419 scam. The other one looks new. Thumbs up for posting them.

There are several scammers targeting mainly Zillow sellers, make me move owners and agents. Zillow is aware of them and is trying to shut them down. Zillow's scam/fraud page is here. The two most popular scams that I have heard of on Zillow have been people claiming to be from the UK here or Russia here who want to buy property or "invest" in real estate in the US.
Please consider posting the email addresses of the scammers here on the site and report them to the FTC. Many people have done a google search for the scammers email address or part of the email itself, found the scam thread here on Zillow and avoided the scam.
