Change the selection method for :
to radio buttons as they do for Prepay Penalty and Interest Only options
Change the default on lock period from 15 day lock to 30 day lock.
Change the default on loan type from variable rate to fixed rate.
Either allow us to change a quote without having to delete it and re-entering the entire information, or allow the same interest rate to be entered on new quote after deleting old quote because you made a mistake in the fees or some other reason, and you caught your mistake and want to fix it. (I'd prefer to be able to fix a quote without having to delete and re-entering all the information again.)

I would like Zillow to list the county on next to the state city and zip code.

Line up the categories in the "Quote Details" section, and spell check would be great.
With the volatility of this present market, it would be nice if Zillow put a giant banner telling poster to make note of the date and time of their request because rates and programs may change very frequently. I know some people have legitimate gripes about "bait and switch" quotes, but when someone calls you about a quote made ten days ago, it's difficult to talk them down and remind them of the disclaimer you placed in the quote.

Also I couldn't agree more with #5, Michael..... I laugh everytime I see that 5.5%jumbo no points kind of quote... I feel sorry for the prospects out there that see that rate and think they found a deal.

Personally I'd like to have the ability to provide multiple quotes to borrowers on one page, kind of like lending tree. If someone requests a 30 yr, 5/1 and 7/1 it would be nice to quote all three and just have one email sent to the customer. It would also give you the ability to throw out a few different options on one product i.e. a 1 point and zero point option.
Second it would be nice to have the ability to counter offer a borrowers request. Say your program limit is 80% and they are applying at 81 with cash out, you can counter with an 80% offer...I think it would be useful considering the risk based pricing, and certain program limits

I would like to see a rule that states you cannot show up one day and make 3 fake reviews on the same day. That would be a good rule.
Yeah true that GVD! I’m so sick and tired of seeing the fake reviews. Funny thing is I see a couple of them here making suggestions on how to improve things. How ironic!

I sorda think that rating system is skewed a little. I say this now because I got a crappy review really for nothing. How can someone rate you poorly when you really did nothing more than communicate back and forth 2 times and then the rater did not return my phone call with the findings I found. How do you feel good about rating someone under those conditions?
Strangely enough, myself and, yes, Rich with BofA got poor ratings while 2 other brokers who quoted along side us, got no ratings and we all had pretty close to the same quotes.

Here is why I am so jaded by this entire process.
I now have 4 closed deals from Zillow clients and I have a total of 5 reviews. I have spoken to countless people and asked them to review and it just does not work that way. Here is why.
Of the 4 deals closed so far, only 1 person actually clicked on the "contact" button to get a hold of me. The others either called or went to my website. Once they delete the quote request, if they never clicked the contact button, there is no record of the contact and thus they cannot rate. This happens with anyone that contacts you without using the Zillow interface they cannot rate you. The one person that did rate me did so before we closed and cannot ammend the quote to signify closing. I would love to tell my clients to come back and make a fake quote so they could rate me, but that would be pointless and equally unethical. So all these reviews saying closed loans are complete BS, I know it, and they know it. I have made over 1100 quotes and started on day one. There is no way anyone can convince me they had 3 reviews their first day here, or even their first week here. Not going to happen. They obviously do not understand how the system realy works and that is why they think they are actually fooling someone.
Good info Greg - Zillow wants to have a way to give borrowers a way to evaluate lenders. It looks like this (reviews) isn't going to be a successful method for doing this. These discussions have done more to start the cleanup. We need to come up with way to get through to borrowers that these reviews are blue sky and are a sign of possible trouble ahead.

I feel the same way about your ratings. Please explain why over half of your "ratings" all spell the same word wrong the exact same way? FYI - its not spelled reccomend. Could all thopse reviews be written by the same person???? I dont know but it would appear so. Do yourself a favor. Email David at zillow, explain there was a mistake and do the right thing and have the reviews removed. If you think I am the only one who will notice this amazing coincidence you are wrong. This is what I RECOMMEND to you.

When you flag a blatant unrealistic quote or request I think there should be some sort of response letting you know that they are taking care of it.
