Hi TexasReal1,
If your home is the one you claimed as your favorite home, you'll notice there are two other home icons on the same property. This means there were two duplicates created. There are a few reasons this can happen.
The two duplicates should be off the site in a few days.
The home that has a price history and tax history, is known as the public data property.
The one that is from public data we show as being sold in January 2011 for $81,500. Today the zestimate is $83,000.
Here is a link that may help: http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Zestimates-Price-History-Tax-History/415515/
Let me know if you have further questions. You can contact me my clicking on my profile.

Even if you do make contact they refuse to listen to homeowners reasonable requests to correct or delete the erroneous valuation. The time has come for this charade to be stopped and some form of regulation to protect homeowners interests.

Zillow has a hidden "Contact us " mail thing somewhere
(I suspect it's close to the King Solomon Mines) and if you find it then a "Consumer Advocate" will contact you .....maybe
Try some or one of these..
