With commercial paper hard to get successful R/E investors are thinking outside the box with seller financing options.  The hardest problem to overcome with "carrying your own paper" has always been "how fast can I get my profit out" to fund other deals.  I've solved the problem.

I'm pretty sure that I saw this answer on late night (early morning?) cable, something about brokering notes and making a killing.

On a side note..."Ottumwa, Iowa"? Is "gabbygary1" an alias for "CPL Radar O'Reilly"?
