If you like a more traditional, colonial home, this is a nice home. The home gets lots of light. The taxes seemed a little steep for what you are getting and there are comparable homes in the area for less. My husband, the wanna-be chef, loved the kitchen.

Your comp search is incorrect. That neighborhood has never had a sale under $510k. That home is also the largest model that US Homes offered in the development. You may find other developments in surrounding areas with lower prices, but you get what you pay for. Great buy for $475k.

Your comp search is incorrect. That neighborhood has never had a sale under $510k. That home is also the largest model that US Homes offered in the development. You may find other developments in surrounding areas with lower prices, but you get what you pay for. Great buy for $475k.
