Trenton New Jersey Real Estate

Trenton continues to be one of the best places in the Country to invest in Real Estate. During the good years 2004-2006 a typical 3 bedroom row house sold for 90,000 to 100,000. Now that same property sells for 45,000 to 50,000 and still rents for 950-1000/month. Average property taxes are 200-300/month . Do the math... That`s a huge return on your investment. I average 100 transactions a year in Trenton. It`s all about the right LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. There are many nice sections in the City. My favorite areas are Chambersburg, The Lalor Tract and South Trenton. The catch is that it`s very difficult to get a bank to write a mortgage under 50,000. It`s just not worth it for them. So CASH IS KING. There is a great opportunity. If you would like more information or have any questions, please feel free to ask and I will respond.. Joe Baylis

Joseph,
about an hour south of you we are experiencing the same thing, except the purchase prices are lower than that.  Averaging about $37k for acquisition and rehab, and rents are averaging $1075/mo in rent.
