Tried to claim my home, but my address would not deliver a record

I give up. You guys have it wrong, but it's not for sale, anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter. We bought the house from plans, before it was even built in 1976. It was a General Homes plan. Four bedrooms, 2 baths, 1568 sq feet, corner lot. 14103 Montaigne. Tried following the steps to "claim" my home, but it didn't even get me to my hoise. Guess it really is not that important.
