Tried to post 1 unit of 2 unit apt for rent, could not specify apt info, rather house info came up.

When posting an apartment in multifamily house for rent, all house info is offered for edit. while it should be only the unit that is being rented. For example, number of bedrooms is mentioned for the whole house, so will it affect the whole home facts for my house. Also, the address appeared for renting ad did not have apt number and it was grayed out (disabled for edit = read only). Need help on these. Thx.
