Currently I don't see this listed as an option for sold information on zillow.com. It would be nice to have and perhaps send in a request to their web creators. As for active listings, the way you can find it is by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the "See Listing Website" link which takes you to a different page with the association dues information and other information on the property.
Unobstructive view does have value, but it's only one aspect of many that goes into considering market value (ie. sq. footage, updates, how many bedrooms, baths, garage, amenities, master bedroom w/ private bath, etc.). However, it's an aspect that should be readily advertised.

Try to list condo assoc monthly dues
I've not found this data when I search for past sales. Seems to me this is an important cost aspect. Please ask RE Agents to start showing this. Tks.
Also, if a unit is say above the 12th floor, with an unobstructive view, shouldn't this have some value?
