Trying to get financing on investment property

I started a business the latter part of 2010 and before that was on unemployment. I have cash to put down on properties but was told by brokersand mortgage lenders that I have not been in business long enough ( 2yrs) and not making enough money. I am growing my business, have FANTASTIC credit, have cash, and expect to make 1.5 times last years income. What can I do to get necessary financing?

As I said, I have fantastic credit scores- 804. I was sole proprietor until a few weeks ago and just formed a corporation so no history on corporation account as of yet.
I haven't tried my personal bank because was told to stay away from Big Banks so will try some neighborhood ones next.
thanks

What is your FICO score?  If it is high enough, there will be available money.  How about the bank you run your business account through.  They know more about your credit worthiness than anybody
