Two 29% decreased in value in as many months!?!?!?

What is going on with my property?  I keep getting Zillow notices that the value has decreased by crazy amounts.  I own 41 and 41A Locust Grove Road in Saratoga Springs.  Value sould be about $900,000.  Showing on Zillow as $145,000.  This is crazy because I worked very hard to get it right last year and now you are messing with it AGAIN!

Zillow has no detail information on the 41A Locust Grove Road, therefore the 41A's Zestimate maybe incorrect. Open your home detail page, hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu then click on the Report home with problem. The update may affect on your property's Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.
