Mark you are spot on. Also, Zillow does go off last sold price and active list pprice. 43 is active at the list price of 600,000 and 45 just soldrecently at 5550,000and is a tad smaller. Certainly does not account for a 124,000 difference but then computers can ONLY do so much, sometimes you need to talk to a real person and in this case a "REAL"tor. Any particular reason you are asking?? Thinking of moving or selling your home in the area?

I couldn't agree more, Mark. The internet is a pretty good place to get preliminary information,but a buyer really should retain a local realtor before spending money,

This is a perfect example of the problem with using a source of information that is known to be wildly inaccurate at times. Zillow can at least get you close, but to actually know the values, it takes someone with local real estate expertise such as a REALTOR.




Two ajoining condos, same size, same age, same view and $124,000 difference in Zillow estimate???
