All of the information is correct on the one that says 127,500.00 , but the price should 120,000. The one for 120,000 is NOT the correct location of the house

Looks like your house has a lot of love. A couple of suggestions for your agent on features that won't help you:
1. The photos are very fuzzy on Zillow. It doesn't need to be that way.
2. On her website, the only way one can look at photos is to fill in a form about who you are. That will turn off potential buyers. You may consider asking her to stop that block to potential buyers.

The one for 127,500 is the correct location. However it is for sale for 120,000, and the house for 120 has all the correct info but wrong location.It has totally confused people. It is hard enough to sell in this market. This screw up has not help at all.

Why are ther 2 listing for 7027 beechmont ave, cincinnati oh 45230. It can only be one house and one address ?
