Two llistings for my house?

First off, I love your site and I use it frequently. It's an invaluable tool, so I'm hoping you can help me. There seems to be two listings and two zestimates for my house (471 Conshohocken State Road, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004). When you search for the property, it brings up a listing, accurate description and zestimate for $441,400. Then slightly above it (north, across Levering Mill Road) is another listing, accurate description and zestimate for $774,500. I'm hoping this is the right zestimate because I bought the house for $720k three years ago. Hoping you can help me resolve, move the right zestimate closer to my property and delete the inaccurate one. Thanks.
