Not EVERY parcel has a Zestimate, sorry. First, though, I would make sure this is correct...
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1538-Main-St-Ferndale-WA-98248/23641963_zpid/#{scid=hdp-site-map-bubble-address}
It shows a 3/1.0 2816 sq ft home on 1.2 acres....how is that wrong ?!?!?!?

Two tax parcels for one property.
1538 Main St, 98248
I have two tax parcels at my property, however, Zillow only lists one of them, and the Zestimate for the property is being based on this one parcel. How do I get this updated so that I can get an accurate Zestimate? The tax parcel you have on record is 3902212240130000 which is for the back half of the property. The street facing side of the property is tax parcel 3902282235260000. This parcel is not labeled at all by Zillow, but is clearly defined on your property map. Please help. This is something I have been asking for since becoming a Zillow member years ago.
Thank you.
