I resized my house JPG photos to 448x336 using Microsoft Pic Manager as Zillow recommended but still could not upload them.  The software just keeps 'saying upload failed try again'.  What d I need to do??

I sometimes have problems with pics too.  I have Windows 7 and also convert the pictures to small web size.  Usually I'll just try the next day.  I don't think it's a computer or connection problem on my end.

Try to open Zillow in Firefox.  I don't know why but this often will resolve the problem.  I have had the same problem.  Another trick you can use is to take the photos from your local MLS, right click and save them to your desktop and then upload those photos.  They have already been resized most likely and it might work.
