Easy to work out! Take the total annual taxes here it's $6028 and divide by 12 (months in a year) and viola! you have the cost of your taxes then on average I take about $70 a month for home owners insurance! Add these two numbers together and you have your monthly escrow payments on a home!
The part of your question of what is included in the taxes....depends on the municipality!
Personally in mine it's school, fire, police, garbage and the list goes on but ultimately it's a percentage of the value of your property. This is the primary source of revenue for local and county governments!

Taxes are the total of school and county. The $296/m more than likely is just one or the other. If the total taxes are 6,028, your monthly taxes will be 502.33

Under "Monthly Payment", how do you calculate the "taxes" portion?
