Under contract?

The listing say the property is under contract? But on the listing broker's website, there is no mention. Is that still the case? Did the deal fall through?

In answer to your question, most likely the listing is correct.

Most times, with companies,  websites are outdated and not up-to-date.

Some companies, especially smaller companies that do  not have  (web) employees, will not update their websites except about once a month or once every two or three months.   So the information on the website could be outdated.

However, if the property is "in contract" that does not mean that it will not be for sale again, soon.

Many contracts are lost due to bad credit, due to lack of funds,  and lost mortgages.    Even customers that are pre-approved can have problems at the day of the closing.

So if you are interested in a particular piece of property ,  keep the address in mind and check on it once in a while to see if the contract did go through.
