Under-valuing My Home.

You have my home listed $20,000 below a recent September 2011 BoA appraisal??  Should this not be adequate enough for Zillow to re-Zestimating my home? The extension 3704 is a Lenexa Zip Code, Not Shawnee! I pay Lenexa City Tax. I have tax receipts to prove it...but I don't know how to change your information on my property?

As mentioned by Vince, the appraisal you have in hand is the true value of the home. The Zestimate gives you a "general" idea of value but for true value a qualified real estate agent or licensed appraisal will be your best bet.

Appraisals are more accurate than Zestimates as explained under FAQs above since an interior inspection was done and a real human did the evaluation, so your Zestimate is less accurate so just ignore it.
