I am starting to think that certain agents are moonlighting for the assessors's office to collect additional revenue in these lean times.
Do not go to the county assessor unless you want to risk reassessment. Just claim your house on Zillow and edit.

you might also do the same with the county tax assessors office and that way when zillow pulls the info it will show up. along with everywhere else it needs to be.
