If there are facts on your property on Zillow that are incorrect, you can claim your home and edit the home facts. Zillow's Zestimates are assuming standard condition, and don't take into account the new side, new roof, summer house, beautiful landscaping, energy efficient doors etc. These definitely add value to a house, so you can reflect those items by using the "owner's estimate" tool once you've claimed the home and are on the home details page.
Zestimates are not appraisals, just starting points for comparisons of properities. This is why, if you wish to put your property on the market, updating the owner's estimate can be very useful. (If you don't wish to put your property on the market, I'd probably not brag to the world so the criminal element doesn't start monitoring your house.)
