I'm fairly new to Zillow. I've received 4 quotes. The only non-5 star quote I got was from a client who told me he thought he clicked 5 but it must not have.
I've researched into this only to find out some stories are even worse, such as a client giving a lender a bad review only to find out it was someone else.
Shouldn't the client be allowed to change the review once just in case? Zillow ratings are very valuable and small mishaps like this can really hurt someone's business.
