We do not manually edit or alter Zestimates as these values are computed automatically. If you click the icon question mark, you will be directed to a page where you can review what a Zestimate does and its limitation. I would also suggest you claim ownership of your home and update its home facts. Zillow uses owner's facts when calculating Zestimate. You are also able to comment and include information regarding your recent appraisal by using Owner's Comment.
Bottomline, Zestimate we provide is simply a starting point or a guide in determining a home's value.

I would like to know where Zillow gets their prices.
So many in our neighborhood are priced incorrectly.
I think it is very unfair to label these houses incorrectly for public viewing.

Update my home's price on Zillow
This is regarding my home, located at 865 Hagey Lane, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
I recently got my house appraised and it was appraised at $430,000. Zillow reflects a wrong price and I would like you to change it to our appraised value.
If you need a proof of appraisal, I can get one. Kindly let me know.
