My agent double checked everything, and it is still Zillow that is not updated. It wouldn't let her change anything either, and she took it off about the middle of August. I need to change things, because it is still for sale, but by owner....

It can take up to 72 h after removed from the data feed (although usually much faster) for it to disappear from Zillow. Monitor that link at the bottom of the property details page (i.e. click on it). If it is still active several days from now, the agent needs to do more investigation and actions.

I'm sure that this can be troubleshot. Are you saying that you did have a listing with the agent but no longer, and the listing still shows as active? If that is the case, it is quite possible the agent forgot to remove it from their data feed to Zillow (and possibly other sites). You can identify this by going to the bottom of the property details page and clicking on the blue "listing website". If active, ask them to remove it promptly from their website. (While you're at it, google your address to figure out how many other sites who it as active).
