More of a statement- Carrolton is one of the best locations out there.  Foundation problems are its biggest downfall.  I am also seeing a lot of homes that need updates.  I think Carrolton has the potential to make a big comeback if people will start investing in their homes and doing the updates that Plano is experiencing.
