Updated the info on my home to include a patio, new deck, central a/c. Price rose only $500? Why?

The estimates on Zillow are NOT accurate! Many FSBO's go by these numbers and loose thousands! Call me if you want a FREE Current Market Analysis done on your property.  I will do a "Detailed" report for you. Never rely on Internet numbers.  Have a good day!
