Updating Email Address on Zillow Site - Need Assistance ASAP

I see under your FAQs that you are not staffed to answer phone calls or emails at the Zillow site.  Really need some assistance in updating my email address - I have a realtor account under user KevinTeeters.  The old email address has changed to kevinteetersrealty@gmail.com.  The site is telling me someone else is already using that email, which isn't possible.  Appreciate any assistance, as the email address under my profile no longer exists.  Thank you. Hi Kevin -

I checked the email ad kevinteetersrealty@gmail.com and found it in our system. The records show that the system created the account when some of your listings were posted thru automated feed from RealBird Inc.. One example is this listing.

To be able to use the account, you need to activate it first. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the link of the example listing I have provided to be directed to its Overview page.
2. Click on Activate your account link then click on Activate your profile link.
3. Go through the process of registration. Please take note that you will have to use the email ad kevinteetersrealty@gmail.com.
4. An email will be sent to you for confirmation.

However, you still have the account with screen name KevinTeeters. I checked it and found that you don't have any listings under it and you have also stated that the email ad is no longer in use. If you want, I can disable it. Just post another comment here for confirmation.
