Updating Phone Number Suspends Account Profile

I just removed an extension number and jut left my main number in my profile and I am being told that my account will be suspended in giving out quotes until this is verified.

 

This is crazy, nothing else is changed except for removing an extension on my phone.

 

Please correct.

Checking on your account, I was able to verify that you have been re-approved already.  If you log-in to your Zillow account, you should see that you have the "lender tag" again.
