Using the Zillow App. for my IPAD2 I can only see the plot for my home not the home itself. why

Why...is it just that the app for the Ipad2 is not capable? Is there anything I can try to get the same results on my IPad2 as I do on my Mac Desktop Computer?  Thank you.
