There are some aberrant spikes in a number of locations after Zillow rolled out their revision of the algorithm. They have a team actively working on identifying the issues with the algorithms to correct these. I've noticed it in Cheyenne, Wy on almost every house, several locations in Texas, several locations in CA and elsewhere.

The Valuation graph (over time) on my house spikes (doubles) over a few months, and then drops. This needs to be corrected by Zillow, as I cannot do it. PLEASE view and correct (i.e., eliminate the artificial spike - it looks ridiculous).
