Valuation on Reed Ranch Road

Our Zestimate is completely inaccurate.  The house was listed for sale last year for $2,425,000 and the Zestimate left off a zero, so the zestimate shows at $242,500. 
The house is 4300 square feet in the most desirable area in SF/Bay Area and the owner is quite upset at how the Zestimate is showing up.  Please correct this inaccuracy along with the history.

Is this the home page that you are talking about here? You need to use the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo to "report problem with listing". That will send Zillow an email alerting them to the error. Hope it helps.

Your post will more likely come to the attention of customer service if you open the property details page and use the "report problem" choice under "edit".  This post doesn't have an address associated with it, therefore, would be hard for Zillow's customer service to troubleshoot.
