Value Range for My Home

I appreciate receiving Zillow's periodic messages regarding the estimated value of my home, but something seems to have gone terribly wrong since Zillow changed its valuation algorithms.  Please explain how the Zillow range for my home possibly could be stated as being between $132,000 to $1.35 Million.  This is far from useful and could not possibly be accurate.  Thank you and please advise.

Its frustrating for sure...
The reason your range is so wide could be for many reasons; Your neighborhood probably has several price points within a mile or so radius and that is what is affecting it.If you want to know what your value is, hire an appraiser or ask a local realtor for a comparative market analysis.
