Value of Home is off market

We currently have our house on the market For Sale By Owner at $250K and your listing is creating problems for us.  We have talked to realtors in the area with comparable listing and we believe that we are in the right ballpark.   We paid $224K and have added over $30K in remodeling and update.   How can we get our Market Value changed on your site to reflect our home's true value??

The value is merely a guide and not "the law" on your home's worth. Changes to the Zestimate can be done by adding features/attributes to your home. But, the Zestimate is an algorithm you can not directly change.
