Type your address in at the home page and there should be a "Zestimate" listing on your home.

Best of Luck.

If you are looking for a Zestimate, go to the home page, enter the address and click on the blue button.

You'll see a pop up box on the map with the Zestimate and a bit of home data (if your home is in the database).   Click on the address in the box to get to the home details page.

Doing a Competative Market Analysis for the current market conditions we have here in Massachusetts can be very hard to do if you do not have the right tools and information at your disposal. There are many agents who are members of this site from Massachusetts and would be happy to provide you with a realistic evaluation. I help homeowners all the time as it is so important to price a home to sell.

If you are selling I suggest you contact at least 2 Realtors... and perhaps 3.  Have them preview your home and provide you with a Market Analysis and their estimate of not only the sales price but your net proceeds after selling.
Make sure you empower the agents to be honest by telling them you want to price the home to sell in the first 30 days on the market... that way they will be very accurate and agressive on pricing..  You can also hire an appraiser who will povide you with the same information but at a fee.

Good Luck!

Let me suggest your local Realtor. They will be glad to get you a CMA on the value of homes in and around you. The market dictates value of what homes are selling for now. If you don't have a Realtor, contact your local real estate company. Our jobs are to assist the public. They can get you all the data you need. Also, look at the city tax assessment. That will give you a base line but the market analysis is best to determine value.

Zillow is great for general info but the website cannot provide you with an accurate number for your home. Many Realtors will give you a free market analysis based on sold houses in your area. Find a Realtor you trust, respect and are comfortable working with, then you will get a honest and fair value for your property. Good luck!

You need to contact a local Realtor.  Only a Realtor will be able to give you an accruate value.  What market area are you in?
