Why is this home valued lower than the other two homes to it's right when this home is much larger, has an addition (with 2 more rooms), and clearly has better street appeal?

Because the taxes are inexplicably lower (much to the owner's benefit) and Zillow has not taken into account the extra values of this home that make it a better value than Zillow has given it. These values are a beautiful addition with beadboard ceiling, more windows, 200 amp service, all hardwood downstairs, additional hardwood upstairs, updated appliances and kitchen, and more. Plus, it has beautiful yard plantings (perennials) as well as fruit trees.
