Value

Asking price 279,900??? Maybe you should have sold a year ago. A year from now this home will be valued at 225,000 at best. Nice cluttered home. No backyard. Front yard is on corner lot leaving no room for kids to play anywhere. 6-12 months from now, value is at 225,000.

Definitely not the home for you. Not everyone relishes spending their weekends mowing the back yard!

But for someone who values a private yard off the living area, lots of parking and a great bedroom and family room setup for older children or teenagers it is quite suitable.

Quality floors, doors, and all new infrastructure might also be valued by some.

By the way, our grandkids have a great time playing in the front yard--it's a lot of fun to roll down the slope and in the winter they've had some of their first ski lessons in that front yard.
