The vlaue of my house has decreased at a much more rapid rate than all my neighbors can you explain how one house could differ that much from the rest, especially since my house is larger, has more bedrooms and has had recent investments made to it

Don't waste your energy getting upset - the zestimate is NOT to be take seriously........there is no logical explanation for it......it is calculated from a mixture of public records and mysterious allgorithms...........the only thing you can do to be proactive is "claim" your home.....then edit any facts you feel are incorrect - check  for number of bathrooms and bedrooms etc.......you may add a few editorial comments, too.........otherwise........sign off from zillow and don't think about it!
