Video APP for IPAD that will allow me to pause and then resume recording.

Hi,
The vid app that comes with IPAD won't let me pause and then resume.  There is only STOP, and then begin a whole new video.  IMovie seems to be the same.  Anyone know of an app that will allow pausing?  Thanks!
