If you want to put a chart on your own web-page, you copy the code, and paste it into your web-page source code.

I mostly use it just to find the URL for given charts, so that I can paste the charts into these discussions.  I have to leave out the title and some other things to do so.

It is a fast way to get a GIF image format of the selected chart.
