For the most part, values have been pretty stable of late. In some areas the values are still depreciating while in others the values are appreciating. Your question is a tough one to give a straight answer to because of that reason. There are normally multiple offers on almost every listing in Poinciana and investors are coming out of the woodwork (from all over the world) looking to capitalize on the low prices. It has it's ebbs and flows depending on how much inventory is out there as well. I hope this helps.
