Zestimate is an estimate of the value of a home by the computer estimate that Zillow uses. This takes into consideration comparables from public records in the area and current market trends. It does not take into account, structure of the home, view, lot characteristics, quality of upgrades and othe features that a comjputer cannot determine.

If you need the services of a Bullhead City Realtor, just ask that can help you with a more realistic value, just ask.
