Hi, it is possible to still get a home loan with that low of a score, but your vvery close to qualifying for a better rate. What it really depends on is your down payment and your current financial status. Get with a lender to find out your options. I have personally seen loan approvals but generally have higher down payments. Any more questions just ask.

Hi;
more than likely not any one; unless you want to pay unreasonable loan fees or interest rates.. which may not even be an option in this lender environment... The lenders will generally tell you to work on getting your credit score up by reviewing all your credit issues and making sure they are all legitimate and correcting the ones that are not.. and doing the things needed to increase your score in the shortest time possible.. so you can qualify for the loan products that require at least a min score of 620 or 640..
in my opinion .
