The easiest way is through you local tax authority. In our county (Huron County at the "tip of the thumb") it is the tax mapping office and is located in the county building. Start by calling the County Treasurer´s office and trelling them that you need to find out the name and address of the owner of a particular property. They should be able to either tell you who it is or where you need to go to find it. It is public information and usually is free.
... just don't post that information here. Zillow Advice does not allow non-owners to identify owners of a home.

You can look up the tax assessor's office of the county the property is located in online and do a property search for free.
