On the flip side, I have seen many homes legitimately advertised without a numeric address for a reason. Some home sellers choose to omit their house number from public Real Estate consumer websites to stop people from just showing up unannounced to view the property. Withholding the house number and only advertising the street name can be used to prescreen qualified potential homebuyers from unqualified looky loos.
