WTF?

How is it that my next door neighbor's house a year ago was valued $15K LESS than mine, but today is valued $9K MORE? How is it that in the last 30 days their house's value has INCREASED by $3,500, while mine has DECREASED by $14,000??? IN 30 days?  This is insane.  Is this info taken seriously by anybody? If so, why does some faceless entity have a say in the value of my home?  Can I get de-listed or somehow off of this site?  Will somebody answer me?!?  Can I sue?

Relax it's only a zestimate not anything like the real value of your home. In Ohio Zillow says that they are off over 20% of the value of a home 38% of the time. If you would like to know the market value of your home contact a Realtor® to do a CMA for you.

By the way you can go in and claim your home and play with some of the things to increase the value. One of my neighbors has driven their zestimate to 3x the neighborhood value!
