I'm in Maryland, is that close enough for you? I've been holding off to put my home up for sale, my neighbor sold theirs 1 year ago for $70,000. more than they are going for now!! Hate to lose this much but would love to sell my home. However, now that my daughters have moved out .. having this 3 story home is too big for me to handle anymore.
