haha Wayne, you are a funny guy. Sorry their location did not come up but your address is in there..=) I would definitely talk to REALTOR to actually verify that you do not have equity in the property. I sold something in Pasadena, CA and the seller just assumed that it was a short-sale. Make sure you know what you are walking away from.Also, people refinance student loans all the time. And most importantly what if the in-laws have to come back??? Yikes, they can put a strain even on the best of relationships. Again, wish you the best!
