LOUISIANA  Cancelled MLS yesterday. Credit scores low 700's. Taxable Income 188K same employer for 23 years. Assets- 1.6M including house. House was Listed on MLS BY OWNER no contract with agent. First mtg 403k second 72K. House appraised last 2 months $750K. Want to consolidate other debt. Current rate is 4.875 on first. Was told that had to wait 6 months. Want to borrow 560K and pay off all debt. Don't want to sell if I can refi. Can't get any help!
