There are many Loan Requests with similar characteristics and therefore hard to distinguish when returning to the site. I would like the ability to flag to each Loan Request with a personal flag, such as: "I'm interested," or "Not interested," or "Maybe." Also, loan requester could mark which quotes are of interest. The flag would be visible ONLY to the individual user.
For maximum flexibility, in each user's profile I would give the ability to define, say, 5 flags and choose a background color for each. On screen, there would be five blank text boxes in which the user would enter their label text and select a background color for that label. When a new user registers, Zillow could pre-fill the labels with default text and allow the user to customize them. When the user is reviewing loan requests or loan quotes, they could apply one of their personal flags to the post.
