Want to buy a house in the $800000 but dont have %20 what are my options?

My income supports the payments,I have excellent credit.I was pre approved for $1,220,000 I just dont have %20 to put down.I would like to purchase ASAP.Are there any options for me.I live in South Florida.

Hi, find a property that is for sale by owner. Usually owners are more flexible on terms if they get the price they want.

10 months old! this thread is 10 months old! Really!!!

Further, the FHA loan limits will almost certainly interfere, as in most counties the limit is way the heck lower than this buyer will need, so Nikki is likely way off the mark.

It's not just your income, it's also your debt. You need to be, depending on lender, between 41% to 50% Dept-to-Income. Usually,any loan amount above your counties conforming limit will require 20% down. .... Happy funding, Rudi
